¿Están listos para algunas buenas noticias? Quiero escucharlos decir "Eh, está bien, pero hazlo rápido".

Bueno mis queridos, asi como me siento a escribirles, estamos en el estudio trabajando en una nueva canción. Ray esta estableciendo algunas pistas de guitarra y debo admitirlo, esto esta dándome patadas en el trasero. No puedo esperar para que ustedes chicos, escuchen estas cosas, las canciones que terminamos escribiendo el mes pasado son muy avanzadas a como yo creí que esta grabación finalizaría... que ni siquiera es gracioso.

Digámoslo de esta manera ... digamos que ustedes me dicen que tenian una máquina del tiempo, y dicen que la utilizaron para retroceder en el tiempo 1 año, me encontraron y me tocaron algunas de las canciones que acabo de escribir. Yo diría totalmente, "eres un mentiroso, y un completo loco volado" ... en parte porque la tecnología de una máquina del tiempo no existe realmente, pero sobre todo porque estas nuevas canciones están a años luz de nuestro espacio de nuestra cabeza creativa del año pasado.

Qué viaje este ha sido! arduo a veces, pero siempre provoca en la banda llegar a nuevas alturas. , Que es como debe ser con una banda que nunca está satisfecha con lo “suficiente bueno" ... si no cambia el juego, no es My Chemical Romance. Ustedes como fans no deben esperar nada menos. Se siente como si todo lo que hemos hecho haya estado liderando hasta este momento. Al igual que toda nuestras vida han sido un ejercicio que nos preparaba para tropezar con lo que Gerard ha mencionado como "el nuevo dios maldito de mierda”

Así que pongamos manos en esto, con estas nuevas canciones, o en "el nuevo dios maldito de mierda”, además de las canciones que hemos escrito en el último año, básicamente tenemos material suficiente para alrededor de 2,5 grabaciones ahora. Sin embargo, creemos que este último mes ha subido el listón creativo tan elevado que sólo lo mejor de lo mejor puede vivir en armonía con esto en el nuevo registro. Pero quién sabe ... por la línea, algunas de las canciones que escribimos durante el año pasado que no cumplan con este registro podrían surgir nuevamente como lados B o cosas divertidas en los videos de canciones. Creo que sería un poco rad tenerlos en algun momento a todos de escuchando las canciones que nos llevaron a nuestra nueva iluminación creativa encontrada. De cualquier manera, yo sólo quería mantener a todos al tanto y hacerles saber que la grabacion está saliendo a las mil maravillas, y que nosotros estamos trabajando duro en hacer lo mejor posible ... No puedo esperar para envolverlo y dárselos. .

OK, buena noticia, parte 2 de 3: no sé si lo sabían, pero me gusta tomar fotos, y he estado tomando algunas pocas fotos en los últimos meses, haciendo lo mejor para documentar el proceso de grabación. Algunas de las cuales salieron muy buenas, y estoy muy orgulloso. Recientemente, hemos decidido tomar algunas de estas fotos y compartirlas con ustedes de una manera realmente genial. En los últimos días me he estado quedando hasta muy tarde, estampando, numerando y la firmando un conjunto de 6 impresiones de arte muy limitado que irá a la venta en este sitio en un futuro próximo. Las arte tomado será lanzado 2 veces por mes durante 3 meses y se limita a 200 cada uno. Mientras tanto 2 nuevas fotos estan hasta ahora y vamos a publicar fotos nuevas que no esten incluidos en el set de impresion de la sección de fotos de cada semana. Así que sigan visitando el sitio para los lanzamientos de estas impresiones y la publicación de las fotos nuevas del santuario interior de Mychem.

Por último, pero ciertamente no menos importante, estoy orgulloso de anunciar la adición de dos nuevos miembros de la familia MCR extendida. Recientemente, mi esposa y yo nos enteramos de que tendremos gemelos a fines de este verano. No puedo expresar con palabras lo feliz que esto nos hace, parece que todo está volviendo a Milhouse. No puedo esperar para conocer a los pequeños, y que Dios tenga misericordia en el mundo ahora que habrán 2 más Ieros causando estragos en la tierra.

Hello Friends,

Are you finally ready for some good news? Let me hear you say, "Eh, OK but make it quick".

Well my darlings, as I sit down to write to you, we are in the studio working on a brand new song. Ray's laying down some guitar tracks and I must admit, it's kicking my brain in the pants. I can't wait for you guys to hear this stuff, the songs we ended up writing this past month are so far advanced from where I thought this record would end up, it's not even funny.

Let's put it this way... say you had a time machine, and used said time machine to go back in time 1 year, found me, and played me some of the songs we just wrote. I would absolutely say, "you're a liar, and a full blown crazy person"... partly because the technology of a time machine doesn't really exist, but mostly because these new songs are light years ahead of our creative head space last year.

What a journey this has been, arduous at times, but always resulting in the band reaching new heights. Which is how it should be with a band that is never satisfied with just "good enough"...if it doesn't change the game, it isn't My Chemical Romance. You as fans shouldn't expect anything less. It feels as though everything we've ever done has been leading up to this moment. Like our entire lives have been a drill preparing us to stumble upon what Gerard has been referring to as "the new shit god-dammit."

So lets get down to it, with these new songs, or "the new shit god-dammit", plus the songs we've written over the past year, we basically have enough material for about 2.5 records now. However, we feel this past month has raised the creative bar so high that only the best of the best can live in harmony on the new record. But who knows...down the line, some of the songs we wrote over the past year that don't make this record could possibly surface again as b-sides or fun movie soundtrack stuff. I think it would be kinda rad at some point to have you all hear the songs that led us to our new found creative enlightenment. Either way, I just wanted to keep you all posted and let you know the record is coming along swimmingly, and we're working hard on making it the best we possibly can... can't wait to wrap it up and give it to you.

OK, good news part 2 of 3: I don't know if you knew this, but I like taking photos, and I've been taking quite a few pictures over the past months, trying my best to document the recording process. Some of which came out really good, and I'm pretty proud of. Recently, we've decided to take a few of these photos and share them with you in a really cool way. The past few days I've been staying up very late hand stamping, numbering and signing a set of 6 very limited art prints that will go up for sale on this site in the near future. The art prints will be released 2 per month for 3 months and are limited to 200 each. In the meantime, 2 new pics are up now and we will be posting new shots that aren't included within the print set in the photo section every week. So keep checking the site for the release of these prints and the posting of new photos from the My Chem inner sanctum.

Last, but certainly not least, I am proud to announce the addition of two new members to the MCR extended family. Recently, my wife and I found out we will be having twins later on this summer. I cannot express in words how happy this makes us, it seems everything's turning up Milhouse. I just can't wait to meet the little ones, and may God have mercy on the world now that there will be 2 more Ieros wreaking havoc on the earth.
