It appears as though HMV, a British entertainment retail chain has leaked the name of My Chemical Romance’s upcoming album. As we reported earlier, HMV’s online store had listed the untitled album for release on November 22, 2010, but recently the site has added a name: Danger Days: True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys. The Killjoys was to be Gerard Way’s upcoming comic book collaboration announced at Comic Con 2009. The name would make sense since the spider motif that appeared in the original Killjoys promotional art has also resurfaced in Frank Iero’s recent lithograph, the Amazon.com exclusive Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock guitar strap, and Gerard’s recent gallery work Yellow.
What do you guys think? Is this the name of the upcoming album, or did HMV blow it?
